Shipping for all orders is free within the contiguous United States and Canada. Some extra fees may apply for hard to reach areas, such as islands and difficult to reach territories. You can expect to receive your beautiful new sign within 4-10 business days from the time of payment.
Shipment will be carried out by one of our shipping partners: DHL Express, Fedex, UPS. All shipments include insurance against theft and accidental damage.
We offer a faster, 3-7 day delivery option for $79.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please note that detailed tracking information will not be available until our carrier updates it. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@valoneon.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
