How long will it take to get my sign?

You can expect to get your hands on your new sign in 1-2 weeks. Each sign is handmade and made to order at our US factory.

If you need it faster than that, you can opt for express delivery at checkout for $79, which will get your sign to you in 3-7 days after placing the order.

Orders placed during weekends go into production the following Monday.

What will my sign look like in real life?

For custom orders, we will send you a high quality computer generated visualization of your sign, so you can make sure the design matches your vision!

We try our best to display the colors as accurately as possible on our website. It's important to keep in mind that it's not possible to get a perfect representation of the colors due to differences in displays and cameras. If you want to test drive the color palette before ordering your sign, you can get a color wheel that has samples of all the colors we offer.

While our signs are meticulously crafted by our neon experts, they may exhibit minor imperfections due to their handmade nature. Please be assured that these irregularities are part of the sign's charm and will not detract from its overall aesthetic appeal.

What does the warranty cover?

All of our LED neon signs come with a 36-month warranty.

It covers any defects and damage that your new sign might have. It does not apply to damage that occurs due to mishandling or improper installation by the buyer.

Can I hang my sign outdoors?

If you want to hang your sign outside, just choose the "outdoors" option when asked where you want to hang it in the sign customizer form.

Do you offer options for businesses who can't drill into their walls?

Yes. Just add adhesive strips to your order and you'll be able to place your sign on any smooth surface without causing damage or marks. Be sure to follow the instructions we send you to make sure your set-up will go smoothly.
