Some colors have two tubing options:

• Colored Tube - When the sign is off, the LED neon tubing is still colored. The light produced by colored tubes is deeper and richer than by white tubes.
• White Tube - The color of the tubes is white when the sign is off. The light produced by white tubes is brighter and lighter than by colored tubes.

Shipping policy

Shipping for all orders is free within the contiguous United States and Canada. Some extra fees may apply for hard to reach areas, such as islands and difficult to reach territories.

You can expect us to finish the manufacturing of your sign within 2-5 business days of your order's confirmation, after which it will be shipped to you. You can expect to receive your new sign within 2-5 business days after it is shipped. The total shipping time from the time of order to receiving your new sign is 4-10 business days. Shipment will be carried out by one of our shipping partners: DHL Express, Fedex, UPS. All shipments include insurance against theft and accidental damage.
We offer a faster, expedited delivery option for an extra charge of $79.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please note that detailed tracking information will not be available until our carrier updates it. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@valoneon.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Due to signature restricted delivery, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

What Are Valoneon's LED Neon Sign Backings Made Of?

Our signs come with a transparent acrylic backing. Acrylic is an engineering plastic with outstanding optical clarity and strength. If you want your backing to have a color or a printed pattern, you can ask for it when submitting your quote inquiry.

How About The Neon Tubing Itself?

Our LED neon tubing is made of flexible PVC or silicone. Check out the colors section above if you want to see the different types of tubing we offer.

A Modern Alternative

LED neon signs are a modern alternative to traditional gas neon signs, offering several advantages. LED neon is up to 80% more energy-efficient than traditional neon, reducing electricity costs and promoting environmental sustainability.

Additionally, LED neon signs have an average lifespan of around 50,000 hours, significantly longer than traditional neon signs. LED neon also provides greater design flexibility, with a wide range of colors and intricate detailing possible.

These signs are brighter, more durable, require no maintenance, and operate at low voltages, ensuring safety. In terms of cost-effectiveness, LED neon signs offer a fairly priced option without compromising on visual impact.

The Buyer must inspect the Goods upon delivery and inform the Seller in writing with photographic or video evidence of any alleged defects, damages, shortages, or discrepancies with the description or quotation within 48 hours of delivery. The Seller must be given a reasonable amount of time to inspect the Goods after delivery. If the Buyer fails to adhere to these terms, the Goods will be deemed free of any defects or damages and will therefore comply with the terms and conditions. Failure to comply with this requirement will release the Seller from any obligations.

Custom Signs

Valoneon cannot refund any custom designs. Valoneon will either replace or fix signs that arrive to the buyer with defects covered under this policy. As the Goods are built by hand for each customer separately, they may exhibit variations, slight discolorations, glue marks and minor scratches. Due to the hand built nature, the shape of the good may differ slightly from that shown in the computer generated image provided to the customer. Furthermore, the colors shown on computer screens and printers may differ from those of the actual product due to the inaccurate nature of digital displays. The Buyer acknowledges that these discrepancies are not product defects and accepts their occurrence.

Valoneon Product Line Signs

For installations from our Valoneon product line, you have a 14-day window for returning unopened and unused signs, starting from the date of receiving your order. To initiate a return, kindly send an email to our support team at support@valoneon.com.

Once we receive the returned item and assess its condition, we'll promptly process a full refund. We value your feedback, so please share the reason for your return with us. Please be aware that custom products and limited edition installations are non-refundable. However, if you encounter any technical issues, don't hesitate to reach out to our dedicated service team. We're here to assist you.

Where does Valoneon manufacture their signs?

All of our products are designed at our California headquarters. Product manufacturing/assembly is carried out by our team of LED neon experts in United States.
