HOW TO USE THE NEON TEXT CREATOR

  • 1. Write your text

    Write the text you want to feature on your sign. Bold words and statements work well in neon. Feel free to let your imagination run wild!

  • 2. Choose a font and color

    Choose the font and color you like. If you want a custom font, fill out this form. We offer 16 colors, some of which have an option between a white and a colored tube when the sign is off.

  • 3. Pick a size

    Pick the size you want. The text creator app will update the dimensions as you build your sign. We recommend using a tape measure to make sure the size is right for you. The visual preview is not in real scale.

  • 4. Choose a backboard style

    You can choose between three shapes for the transparent acrylic backboard. Cut-to-letter is the most unnoticeable. Cut-to-shape follows the outline of the sign, while the square-cut is a rectangle.

  • 5. Add optional extras

    You can choose to add a remote controller or adhesive strips to your order. The adhesive strips are recommended if you don't want to drill in to your wall to hang your new neon. You can also request a high quality preview of your final design.

  • 6. Review and add to cart

    After building your sign, you will see a review of your design choices. You can still go back and edit your design. After you're happy with the results, you can add your creation to the cart and continue on to the checkout process.

What will the sign look like in real life?

Custom text neon signs have a live preview of the sign in the editor. You can also choose to receive a high quality computer generated visualization of your sign before proceeding with the order, so you can make sure the design matches your vision!

We try our best to display the colors as accurately as possible on our website. It's important to keep in mind that it's not possible to get a perfect representation of the colors due to differences in displays and cameras. If you want to test drive the color palette before ordering your sign, you can get a color wheel that has samples of all the colors we offer.

How long will it take to get my sign

You can expect to get your hands on your new sign in 4-10 business days. Each sign is handmade and made to order at our US factory.

If you need it faster than that, you can opt for express delivery at checkout for $79, which will get your sign to you in 3-7 days after placing the order.

Orders placed during weekends go into production the following Monday.

Can I hang my sign outdoors?

Yes, you can choose the outdoors option in the neon text builder for an extra 10% charge. This will ensure your sign won't degrade outdoors.

Do you offer options for renters who can't drill into walls?

Yes. Just add adhesive strips to your order and you'll be able to place your sign on any smooth surface without causing damage or marks. Be sure to follow the instructions we send you to make sure your set-up will go smoothly.
