Warranty Information

Valoneon offers a 36-month warranty for all products sold.

The warranty will cover product failures that are not caused by mishandling or improper installation by the customer. Our free shipping insurance covers any damage that occurs during shipping due to no fault of the customer. In the event of a faulty product as laid out by the terms above, Valoneon will either repair the product or replace it. The source of any possible fault will be determined by Valoneon in consultation with the customer. Valoneon will not be responsible for any installation costs, unless otherwise agreed. If any electrical repairs have been made by a third party, Valoneon reserves the right to determine whether any resulting faults are covered under the warranty.
