Shipping policy

    Shipping for all orders is free within the contiguous United States and Canada. Some extra fees may apply for hard to reach areas, such as islands and difficult to reach territories.

    You can expect us to finish the manufacturing of your sign within 2-5 business days of your order's confirmation, after which it will be shipped to you. You can expect to receive your new sign within 2-5 business days after it is shipped. The total shipping time from the time of order to receiving your new sign is 4-10 business days. Shipment will be carried out by one of our shipping partners: DHL Express, Fedex, UPS. All shipments include insurance against theft and accidental damage.
    We offer a faster, expedited delivery option for an extra charge of $79.

    How do I check the status of my order?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please note that detailed tracking information will not be available until our carrier updates it. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

    Shipping to P.O. boxes

    Due to signature restricted delivery, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
