We use modern high-density LED strips that allow us to create signs with extremely vibrant colors without any dark spots, creating that classic neon look. Our signs are made from UL and CE certified components. They are energy efficient, long lasting and produce little to no heat.
The LED neon tubes are attached to an optically clear acrylic backing that provides a glassy look while providing more impact resistance than glass itself.

What will the sign look like in real life?
We try our best to display the colors as accurately as possible on our website. It's important to keep in mind that it's not possible to get a perfect representation of the colors due to differences in displays and cameras. If you want to test drive the color palette before ordering your sign, you can get a color wheel that has samples of all the colors we offer.
For custom orders, we will also send you a high quality computer generated visualization of your sign, so you can make sure the design matches your vision!
What does the warranty cover?
All of our LED neon signs come with a 36-month warranty.
We take pride in providing quality products that withstand the test of time. If your sign is faulty, rest assured that we will take care of it. Please take note that our warranty does not apply to damage that occurs due to mishandling or improper installation by the buyer.

Can I hang my sign outdoors?
By default, this sign is not meant to be used outside. However, if you want to hang it outside, we can make it water-resistant. Just message us at hello@valoneon.com before ordering to let us know you want your piece to be compatible with outdoors.
